The Arts Barge first cropped up a few summers back: a beautiful community of artists, musicians and creators. On a boat!
After going on to organise the Riverside Festival, they then set about buying and building their own barge, which is now nearly ready, and will be here for a week of this years 3 week Riverside Festival.
